Anti-Aging Skin Care Routines

Anti-aging skin care is a process that should be initiated to maintain skin health from an early age, not only when wrinkles appear. Symptoms such as loss of skin elasticity, decreased moisture content, blemish formation and fine lines appear over time. To slow down these effects, a two-stage care routine is recommended, morning and evening. In the morning, after cleansing the skin with a gentle cleanser, apply a serum with antioxidants (e.g. vitamin C), moisturizer and sunscreen with SPF. In the evening, after cleansing the skin of makeup and dirt, it should be supported with serums containing retinol, peptides or hyaluronic acid. A night cream suitable for the skin type helps the skin to repair itself during the night. Complementary treatments such as peels and masks applied once or twice a week also remove dead skin and ensure better absorption of care products. Lifestyle factors such as drinking plenty of water, regular sleep and an antioxidant-rich diet are also effective in delaying the signs of aging. Over time, regular care habits can make a noticeable difference to the skin and give it a healthy, radiant appearance.
